Avocado Bacon and Eggs

Preheat the oven to 220°c and prepare a baking tray by lining with baking paper.

Slice the avocado down the centre and remove the pit. Gently spoon out a small amount of the avocado making the size of the hole left from the pit bigger.

Crack 1 egg into each half and top with bacon pieces. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake for 15 minutes and grill under a medium heat for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
